Russ Laggan is the National VP of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting for Fathom Realty a fast growing Virtual Brokerage in 34 states and 140 markets. Fathom Realty trades on the NASDAQ under FTHM . He is in the current role leading, coaching, training, managing and expanding the outside recruiting team growing Fathom. His team hired over 1600 real estate agents just in 2021 alone.
Prior, he was with Carrington Real Estate Services, Vice President of the Southeast-West Region as the Broker of Record of over 425 agents in Florida. Russ has been a top-producing real estate agent himself and sold more than 100 homes annually multiple years. His passion is coaching many top agents to success with simple systems that work and building these agents into industry leaders.
